Registration Fee

Registration is required for all students. This fee insures a place in the class for the child. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition fees are non-refundable.

New Families:

We require the registration fee and first month's tuition within 2 weeks of official acceptance. Subsequent payments are due from August to April.

Methods of Payment

1. Payment in full by July 1, 2012 : 5% discount will be granted.

2. Two payments - half due by July 1, 2012; second half due by January 4, 2013: 2 1/2 % discount will be granted

3. Monthly installments: Ten (10) monthly payments July through April. Due by the 20th of each month.

Delinquency Policy

All delinquencies will be reported to the School Board.

When an account is 30 days delinquent, the school office will mail a notice of the delinquency. Parents will be given a time frame of no more than 30 days to clear the delinquency OR contact the school office to discuss alternate payment arrangements.

Should an account become 60 days delinquent, the School Board will deny the child(ren) the privilege of continued attendance at Immanuel Lutheran School until such time as the account is cleared.

School records of delinquent families will be withheld and released only when the delinquency has been cleared.

Families that are having temporary financial problems are encouraged to promptly inform the School Board through the Business Manager or Principal.

Other Charges

A $30.00 charge will be levied against your account if your check is returned by the bank for any reason.

A $25.00 late charge will be levied if tuition is paid after the due date.

*** Immanuel Lutheran School reserves the right to deny the privilege of attendance to the children of any family whose tuition account is delinquent.

Incentive Program

When you refer a new family to Immanuel Lutheran School and they enroll their child(ren) you will receive a one-month tuition credit (maximum $440). This credit will be for your last (April) payment provided the child is still attending in April. Limit of 1 credit per family per year.

Milk (for lunchtime)

$60.00 per child for the entire year. (The remainder is subsidized by the state of PA.)

Please specify whole milk or skim milk when making payment.

Extended School Program

Hours: Before School Program: 6:30 – 8:15 am

After School Program: Dismissal – 6:00 pm

A separate registration form needs to be filed if using this program.

Fees are billed on a monthly cycle.
